BCG Attorney Search is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, and we are firmly devoted to maintaining your trust in us. We work extremely hard at safeguarding our customers' important information and keeping it secure. Our privacy policy is designed to help you understand our genuine dedication to preserving your privacy.

Confidentiality and discretion are the cornerstones of every job search. Since our inception, we have developed a foundation of trust that has allowed our relationships with law firms and candidates to grow to enormous heights. We consistently challenge ourselves to rise above every competitor in our honesty and discretion, and we believe we have met this challenge day after day.

What personally identifiable information is collected on this site?

In order to register with BCG Attorney Search, users are required to give us contact information (name and e-mail address) and demographic information. Visitors may also give personally identifiable information for other purposes, including telephone number, submitting a resume, or asking a question about BCG Attorney Search. BCG Attorney Search does not collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us. This means that you can visit our site without telling us who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself.

How is the information used?

BCG Attorney Search will never sell any personal information about any of our customers to any third parties. We will never sell your e-mail address or any other contact information to any third parties for any purpose.

BCG Attorney Search is one of the Career Mission companies, which include Attorney Research Group, BCG Attorney Search, CLE Authority, EdFed, Employment Crossing, General Counsel Consulting, Hound.com, JD Journal, JD2B, Judged, Law Firm Staff, Professional Authority, Resume Apple, and Southlake Properties LLC. Each company is a distinct and separately incorporated entity, and each company's databases and servers are maintained independently. Each employee of each company signs a strict confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement, ensuring that they do not disclose your private information to any other person or company.

In order to better serve our candidates, information regarding BCG Attorney Search candidates may be viewed by recruiters at General Counsel Consulting or Law Firm Staff. This allows each of the three companies to make more placements, as well as more ideal placements for their candidates. Although this works to the great benefit of BCG Attorney Search candidates, you may opt out of allowing your information to be viewed by the recruiters at the other two companies by e-mailing privacy@bcgsearch.com at any time. BCG Attorney Search will not share any information relating to your employment situation with any other third parties. We will not share any information from your resume with any other third parties. Each employee of BCG Attorney Search signs a strict confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement to ensure your privacy.

After contacting BCG Attorney Search, you may be notified of the potentially complementary services of another Career Mission company. However, no information regarding your employment status, or information from your resume, will ever be shared with any other Career Mission company, except as described above. Furthermore, the fact that the offer is coming from another Career Mission company will be fully disclosed in the mailing, and you may opt out of such offers at any time as described below. No information will be used for purposes of such offers except your name, contact address, and year of graduation if applicable, and access to such information will be restricted to the sole purpose of communicating with you. Moreover, except as described above, any other personal information, such as employment status or information from your resume, will not be shared with any other Career Mission company.

Live Chat

The chat is provided for you to receive anonymous, informal information. The information you provide during a chat is not saved or used for any purposes, unless you give explicit permission, or request a log at the time of the chat. Logs are unavailable after the chat has been closed, and there is no note-taking or information gathering performed.

Tell-A-Friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. BCG Attorney Search uses this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email, and does not store the recipient's email address in our system.

Security

Personally identifiable information is stored on our database and is not publicly accessible. All BCG Attorney Search employees must sign non-disclosure contracts that ensure the confidentiality of all personally identifiable information before gaining access to such information. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, and meets or exceeds all industry standards for the protection and confidentiality of personally identifiable information.

Testimonials

We post client and candidate testimonials, which may contain personally identifiable information such as the client or candidate's name, on our website. We do obtain the client/candidate's consent to include their name prior to posting the testimonial.

What anonymous information is collected on this site?

IP addresses are briefly logged but discarded within a short period of time. No anonymous information that may be received from visitors is used in any of our work, promotions, or research.

How does this site use cookies?

BCG Attorney Search uses cookies to identify your browser as you visit pages on the BCG Attorney Search site. The cookies are used to present dynamic content so that you are not presented with identical content on every visit. No information from the cookies are used in any of our work, promotions or research.
