Honigman is expanding its respective global footprints in main practice areas by forming alliances with law firm in China. Detroit based firm Honigman specializes in auto industry matters. The alliance of the two firms provides an opportunity to advice on regulatory issues and policies to both US and Chinese clients. It's not the first move that Honigman has made into China. The firm united with Minneapolis-based Faegre & Benson in 2009. To establish an international auto practice, Faegre & Benson had its corporate ties to China.
