Lateral Moves for the Week of June 29, 2015

Thomas Salerno has joined the bankruptcy practice at Stinson Leonard Street. Previously, Salerno worked for the National Hockey League.


Rebecca Hanson has transferred from Foley & Lardner LLP to Reed Smith. Hanson will work in the litigation department in the Chicago office.

Martin "Marty" Bishop has been hired at Reed Smith, where he will practice in the litigation department. Bishop was previously with Foley & Lardner LLP.

Thomas Hardy will handle ERISA related matters at Reed Smith in its Chicago office. Smith transfers from Foley & Lardner LLP.

Gary Becker will practice consumer finance law at Ballard Spahr LLP. Becker will work in the Atlanta office, and previously practiced with Hudson Cook, LLP.

Odia Kagan has been hired at Ballard Spahr LLP's corporate department. Kagan previously practiced with Pepper Hamilton.

Micah Greenwill focus on banking and tax issues at Steptoe & Johnson LLP. Green transfers from Squire Patton Boggs.

Stephen Millas joins the real estate department at Alston & Bird. Millas, who joins the New York office, previously practiced with Reed Smith.

George Cate III will center his practice on litigation issues at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, and joins from Neal & Harwell, PLC.

Christina Tate joins Greenberg Traurig, where she will focus on corporate law. Tate joins from Vinson & Elkins.

Angela Splittgerber will practice in the litigation department of Randles&Splittgerber. Previously, Splittgerber was with Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.

Robert Bell joins the antitrust department at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. Bell joins the Washington, D.C. office, and previously practiced with Kaye Scholer.

Derek Anchondo has been hired by Greenberg Traurig to practice in its corporate department. Anchondo joins from Adams and Reese LLP.

Christin Petroski has joined the corporate law department at Haynes & Boone.Petroski joins the Orlando office. Previously, Petroski worked for Warner Norcross & Judd.

Michael Hegarty will begin practicing energy law at Haynes and Boone. Hegarty joins from Fognani & Faught, PLLC.

John Fognani has left his practice at Fognani & Faught PLLC and will practice in the energy department at Haynes and Boone.

Frank Day Jr. will handle healthcare and litigation issues at Ford Harrison LLP. Day joins from McAngus, Goudelock & Courie.

Michael Horst has joined Van Sant Law, where he will practice in the litigation department. Horst joins from Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC.

J. Lane Crowder will handle financial service and real estate matters at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz in its Chattanooga, Tennessee office. Crowder previously worked for the United States federal government.

David Johanson has joined Fenwick & West, where he will practice corporate law. Johanson joins from Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Thomas Christopher has been hired at Latham & Watkins in its corporate law department. Christopher previously practiced with Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Philip Crump will handle finance matters at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Crump will practice in the London office, and was previously with Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Jerome Walker will handle banking matters at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf in its New York location. Walker moves from SNR Denton.

Nick Collins has moved from Latham & Watkins LLP to Jones Day. Collins will handle projects and infrastructure matters in the firm's London office.

Matthew Levin will practice bankruptcy law at Scroggins & Williamson. Levin previously practiced with Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.

David Posner joins Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP from Otterbourg P.C. Posner will handle bankruptcy and litigation matters in the New York office.

Mordecai Boone will practice in the litigation department at McKenna Long & Aldridge in its San Francisco office, transferring from Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani.

Gregory Saylin joins the employment department at Fabian & Clendenin. Saylin joins from Dorsey & Whitney LLP.

J. Michael Keyes will handle intellectual property matters at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Keyes joins from K&L Gates.

Samuel Maizel has joined Dentons US LLP in its bankruptcy department. Maizel joins from Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP.

John Peterson will practice real estate law at Polsinelli PC. Peterson joins the Overland Park, Kansas office from Riley, Warnock & Jacobson, PLC.

Michael Durkee will focus on real estate and environmental matters at Nossaman LLP. Durkee previously practiced with McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP .

Mark Keenan joins Nelson Mullins in its employment practice. Keenan joins from McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP.

Dawn Crumel will focus on corporate and healthcare issues at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter& Hampton. Crumel will practice out of the firm's Washington, D.C. office and joins from Shipman & Goodwin.

Alexander Griffith has moved from DLA Piper to Proskauer Rose, where he will practice corporate law.

Waajid Siddiqui has joined Shearman & Sterling's corporate department. Siddiqui previously practiced with Hogan Lovells.

DovScherzer will handle intellectual property and healthcare law matters at Polsinelli PC. Scherzer previously practiced with Moses & Singer LLP.

Patrick Concannon joins the corporate and intellectual property departments of Nutter McClennen & Fish. Concannon joins the Boston office, and previously practiced with Locke Lord.

Christopher Grahamwill practice bankruptcy law at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC. Graham joins the firm from McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP.

Eugene Ferrer will handle finance matters at Paul Hastings' New York office. Ferrer joins from Ashurst.
