Holly Roth joined the global regulatory enforcement group with Reed Smith. She was with Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.

Clint Gage left Roetzel & Andress for Dickinson Wright PLLC’s mergers & acquisitions group.

Joel Mayersohn will practice mergers & acquisitions with Dickinson Wright PLLC. He left Roetzel & Andress.

Alan Perlman left Roetzel & Andress for the bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights group at Dickinson Wright PLLC.

Vijay Brijbasi joined the commercial & business litigation group at Dickinson Wright PLLC, leaving Roetzel & Andress.

Sarah Cavanaugh will handle mergers and acquisitions with Dickinson Wright PLLC. She left Roetzel & Andress.

Jessica Peterson was with Durham Jones & Pinegar before joining Dorsey & Whitney LLP’s creditors, debtors, trustees group.

Robert Fisher will practice labor and employment law with Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He left Foley Hoag LLP.

Patrick Maloney left Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP to practice with Morningstar. He will handle investment management.

Jared Hershberg will practice corporate & securities with Reed Smith. He was practicing with Winston Strawn LLP.

Nicholas Bonarrigo has joined Kansas City Power & Light from Reed Smith LLP to practice corporate law.
