There are a variety of factors that determine how many interviews you will get:
1. the number of markets you are looking at,
2. your seniority,
3. your practice area,
4. the economy,
5. your portable business,
6. whether you are trying to move to a larger or smaller firm, and
7. a whole host of other factors.

When we represent you, we believe you will get a position given all these factors. If you stick with the process, you will almost certainly get a position, and we are willing to do the work to make it happen. The most important thing you can do is not give up and stick with it.
