that don't always work well together.

Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass is an esteemed law firm based in San Francisco. The firm is known for providing challenging work and a collegial atmosphere for its employees. The firm has recently moved to Kearny Street, which has been met with some mixed reviews.

The reviews of the firm are generally positive, with many people citing the smart people who work there and the great female role models. Employees also enjoy the fact that they get to mostly work from home. Reviews also mention that the firm punches above its weight in terms of the quality of work they produce.

The only negative reviews of the firm come from people who cite the lack of diversity, high pressure working environment, and the fact that the firm is becoming more like Big Law. There have also been some complaints about micro-management and favoritism for friends of HR.

Overall, Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass appears to be an excellent place to work. The firm provides challenging work and a collegial atmosphere, and is committed to providing its employees with the best possible work experience. The only negative aspects of the firm appear to be the lack of diversity and the fact that it is becoming more like Big Law, but these issues seem to be minor in comparison to the overall positive reviews from the firms employees.

Cons: Unfortunately, my experience with Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass was disappointing. The management and HR team appear to lack the necessary skills to effectively identify and retain qualified candidates, resulting in a high turnover of valuable staff. There seems to be a disconnect between leadership and employees, leading to a challenging work environment. For those seeking a positive, growth-oriented workplace, this may not be the best fit.
