Pros: 4.0 Former EmployeeIts a law firm. Nothing special. Better than some companies I've worked for though.Mar 21, 2022 - Anonymous Employee in New York, NY ProsThe firm seems to be headed in the right direction. I've worked for several companies in the past, including law firms, and this one seems to care about it's employees. The firm promotes from within and has had employees who have been with the firm for more than 25 years. The firm's partners try very hard to address complaints that arise. They work with an anonymous reporting service as well as outside HR consultants.I've definitely seen a positive change since the new management team took over. They are supportive with employee growth and work hard to put them on the path that leads to success.ConsThe firm is small and usually understaffed, however, that gives eager employees opportunities that they may not have otherwise had.Because of the nature of the business, the firm operates at a fast pace. This is not really a con, but it is something that a perspective employee needs to be aware of.Since the firm is small, there aren't many roles to grow into, so title changes are hard to come by. However, they do acknowledge hard work though end of year bonuses and raises.
