Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley (BBGA) is a well-respected and highly regarded law firm. Many of the reviews from attorneys and staff members are overwhelmingly positive, praising their welcoming and close-knit community, excellent work-life balance, generous paid time off, and personable and professional culture. The office is also praised for its nice setup and knowledgeable staff.

However, the work is not without its drawbacks. There is no guarantee of a yearly raise, and the office space is spread out, leaving staff members often alone. There are also few opportunities for growth and advancement. Staff members often change job titles and functions on a regular basis, which adds variety but makes it difficult to move up in the company. Additionally, there is sometimes too much work for one person, and the firm is reluctant to hire more staff.

Overall, BBGA has a great work culture and many of the staff members and attorneys enjoy their experience working there. It is a great place to work for those seeking a work-life balance, but those looking for career growth or higher pay may need to look elsewhere.

Attorneys here appreciate their staff and reward hard work. A rare company that still provides health care coverage in their benefits package. The firm has values and works hard for their clients, so it is nice to feel good about the work we do.ConsLimited upward mobility. I can't think of much else but this box is requiring a 20 word minimum. Word word word.Advice to ManagementConduct annual performance reviews and structure more opportunities for raises and advancements for non-attorney staff.
