Pros: Team atmosphere, some of the best litigators, leaders and people in the business.
Cons: None-what you put in is what you get out.
Partners to Avoid and Why: None, although if you are in a rush maybe don't take advantage of the open door policy because all of the partners are more than willing to talk through a case at length!

Pros: Pay is higher than other firms in the field. Higher litigation responsibilities are given to younger attorneys including second-seating trials. Great people to work with make the day-to-day easier.
Cons: There could be more scheduled education to help with the steep learning curve but the resources are available for those who ask
