The firm offers a wide variety of practice areas and is always open to staff expanding skills and abilities. Work days are full and very busy, but reasonable breaks are never frowned upon. Staff has developed a close relationship with each other, as well as with the attorneys, all of whom consider staff ""co-workers"" instead of placing themselves in a ""boss"" status.ConsThe workload can often be quite heavy and extra hours can be expected.
