Cons: As a current employee with more than three years of experience, I have had the opportunity to meet some nice colleagues. Additionally, the support team is professional and helpful. However, the company lacks direction and structure, making it difficult to know what the expectations are. Moreover, there is no clear path for advancement and the salary is not reflective of the billing targets. Furthermore, there is a high turnover rate of associates.
