Pros: 5.0Productive, Positive Place to WorkParalegal (Former Employee) - Harrisburg, PA Working here has been a great experience. I've learned new things and sharpened my skills. I've been included in new types of legal investigations and allowed to broaden my experience. The attorneys are easy to work for and give constructive criticism to your work product. The amount of work can be daunting, and some cases are very document-heavy. If you look at it as an opportunity to learn, and rely on your teammates, you can get through it. The team atmosphere is amazing - everyone works together. The firm is diverse and inclusive and was very responsive (and continues to be) to the COVID -19 pandemic.ProsExcellent pay, transparent billable hour requirements, excellent benefits packageConsSometimes the work can overwhelm you, but you do have a great team to work through it with!
