Pros: Good health insurance
Cons: Firm leadership often acts like they are patent owners and therefore difficult to communicate with if your view is inconsistent with the outcome they desire in a funded case; Extremely inconsistent with litigation direction with sudden changes in the course of action (because they act like the patent owner); Micromanagement from one of the named partners; and a consistent string of recent losses has made the firm micromanage even more.
