McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman (MLCL) is a law firm based in Cleveland, Ohio that has earned a reputation of being a great place to work. Many reviews highlight the positive aspects of the firm, such as the friendly and supportive staff, the collaborative work environment, and the great benefit package. Additionally, attorneys at the firm are highly skilled, and the downtown Cleveland location is fun and exciting.

However, there are some areas of the firm that could be improved. Several reviews noted the limited work/life balance at the firm and the occasional busyness of the elevators.
