The office culture in the Chicago office is inviting, fun, friendly, and wonderfully diverse.

However, the firm is not without its flaws. It is a law firm, so things can take a while to get accomplished due to the structure and bureaucracy. The new office location can be inconvenient for commuting. There is also a bit of a strange culture, no training or growth incentives for career advancement, the AP manager needs an attitude check and at times needs to learn how to talk to people, drama can happen at times, and there is bad leadership, stress about job security, no one listens to concerns, and rude HR. The unpredictability of work can also be difficult to manage.

In conclusion, while Norton Rose Fulbright offers great benefits and a diverse office culture, it is important to take into consideration the other factors that may make it difficult to work at the firm.
