No, I'm not a client of yours, but my mother is. I see you told someone that gave you a bad review that you treat ALL your clients with RESPECT, but you sure did not show any respect to my 64 year old mother when you decided to tell her she was a "stupid illiterate". I know I was not a part of your phone call to her, but I know my mother well enough to know that she hasn't called you anything that would make you call her what you did. Where was the respect for your client there??? I know exactly what she said to you and that was not a reason for you to insult her the way you did. That was really unprofessional and disrespectful on your part. If there is something she said that you did not like, all you had to do was tell her you don't want to work for her and she should take her business elsewhere. It's as simple as that. Instead of being helpful, he was rude and disrespectful towards them. Both my parent are 62 years old, and when they asked a particular question about their case the attorney's answer was how would I collect my payment, should I look for you home? Or who knows you might be dead when this case is resolved. Also, everytime my parents asked a question he would become upset. Even if he thought that they we old, he should have kept his thoughts to himself. Cons: I am giving you a bad review because of the way you treated my mother, one of your clients. You called her a "stupid illiterate" which is disrespectful and unprofessional. As a lawyer, you should have handled the situation differently and showed respect to your client, regardless of any issues related to payment. Insulting a client is not an appropriate way to address any issues or dissatisfaction with their behavior or payment. Your behavior is unacceptable and I would not recommend you to anyone based on my experience with you.
