Pros: Cool plant wall in the lobby, nice view from the conference room.

Cons: I saw them hire a recent graduate and then fire her after only 2 weeks for no reason. They don't think twice about their hiring decisions and are not committed to their employees, so they don't feel badly for letting you go on a whim. In addition, I was saddened to learn that they purchase all of the awards that they boast about on their website. They even tried to have me shop for them, and pretended like it was normal to do that. It's immoral because their clients are not aware of this. It's manipulation of the people they supposedly want to help.

Partners to Avoid and Why: Many of them were actually very kind to me. I really enjoyed getting to know several of the lawyers there. However, the senior leadership such as the Saxenas and the CFO have a rancid managent style which trickles down and ruins the energy for everyone else. When they are around I could sense it makes everyone feel on edge.

Pros: Prestige of cases, nice offices, and plenty of capital to spend on cases and clients.

Cons: Environment. Prolific racist and sexist comments from named partners (a few private settlements with former employees). They smear reputations and go on the attack to try to undermine victims and silence employees. They believe WBE and MBE provide a cover. Diversity is a façade. They unabashedly hire contract attorneys as "tokens" for the website and marketing purposes. Very disappointing and hurtful to many in long run.

Partners to Avoid and Why: Boca partner lacks knowledge needed for his position. He blames subordinates for his mistakes and causes problems (including above). All is ignored or validated due to long-term romantic relationship with the other partner.
