Cons: 2.0 Former Employee, less than 1 year Paralegal Paralegal in New York, NY Pros Great location and a handful of great people. Cons They do not care about their employees. They will work you to your bone and give you little to no recognition. The turnover is insane! Advice to Management Stop projecting.

In busy times, they seek out, hire, and shamelessly promote the new hires on LinkedIn knowing that they will then let them go when things slow down. I wish I had listened to the many people who told me not to go here. They just do not care about their employees. Cons: Avoid accepting a job offer here. High turnover with inhumane hiring and firing practices. Management doesn't care about employees. Entry-level paralegals are not trained properly and suffer as a result.
