Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck (KDV) is a law firm that has offices throughout the United States. The reviews of the firm are generally positive, with many noting the supportive atmosphere for younger attorneys and the generous benefits and pay. Many of the negative reviews cite the poor management of the employment law practice group, and state that the pay is not as high as other firms.

Overall, the majority of reviews of the firm appear to be positive. People generally agree that the firm has a supportive atmosphere for younger attorneys and that the pay is decent and the benefits are good. However, the Woodbury, NY office has received some negative reviews, with people citing the poor management of the employment law practice group and the low pay. This suggests that while the firm may be a good place to work for some, it may not be suitable for everyone. It is important to research any law firm before committing to a job there, in order to ensure that it is the right fit for you.

Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 3 yearsGreat CultureAnonymous Employee ProsThere is a good worklife balance and culture. The managing partners are running a law firm, and the focus on billable hours comes with the occupation. They treat you fairly and are flexible. I have time with my family and I cannot say that about my last firm. They were very understanding with the pandemic and HR is always on top of things. They plan events to bring everyone together. You get to work with some really good people.ConsThe billable hours, but that comes with litigation. At least you get paid a big bonus for hitting the hours.
