Advice to law firm management: My advice to this pathetic excuse of a law firm? Naresh Gehi should just shut down this entire scam of a company or head straight to jail whichever happens first.

Pros: There's not a single redeeming quality about this company no pros, no benefits, just pure misery from start to finish.

Cons: I can say this law firm is one of the worst places I've ever worked. The environment is chaotic, toxic, and completely unprofessional. There is no real training, support, or structure, leaving employees to fend for themselves in an unbearable work culture. You are worked like a slave, expected to be available day and night, with no regard for your personal time or well-being.

Don't expect any raises or salary increases here unless management is scared or trying to bribe you into staying. There is no clear path for career growth, and any efforts you put in will go unnoticed.

The boss of this firm has been sued for sexual harassment, with a pending case currently in court. The hope is that justice is served, and he faces accountability for his actions, which would include arrest for his criminal behavior.

Be aware, stay away, and RUN. Do not waste your time, energy, or mental health on this place. There are far better opportunities out there with genuine, ethical employers.
