Cons: I was a client of attorney Sean Campbell.. I made sure i recorded EVERY conversation we had because i felt in my gut he was a shady lawyer. I got into a car accident in october 2022, my accident wasn't bad; i was injured a little but it wasn't too bad. The attorney stated that my case wouldn't take long given the fact i wasn't severally injured and given the fact the defendant was at known fault. It took almost 2 years for Attorney campbell to give me accurate information about my case, i had to always reach out to him and his team just to see what the status of my case was. He was Highly unprofessional! never gave me proper paperwork that i asked for numerous times. I wanted to just get another lawyer but we were so far into the case i figured it wasn't a good idea, but i should have went with my first mind.. He lied about my case stating the defendant already came to a resolution for a settlement but he denied it on my behalf.. that was strike one for me because why didn't you let me know what the offer was initially? i had to reach out to him over a course of a month to just see what my next steps were regarding my case, he then tells me we can get you 25,000 if you take it to court ; i replied i didn't want to take it court because i just felt he was just giving me the run around and i wasn't even hurt that bad, the judge already awarded me a settlement, attorney campbell just cashed the check and wanted to give me my portion whenever he suited fit. I asked for everything in black and white so that i could have my documents. He always waited to send everything because he never made documents until i ASKED for them... sketchy? as a lawyer i just feel you should be on your Ps & Qs and have everything ready up front. I am upset at myself more than anything for not going with my first mine about him. He gave off every red flag. My case is finally closed i settled for 20,000 but he took 9,000 of that settlement and he didn't do anything! but delay it and make it appears as if he was doing something. we never went to court, so what court fees did he have? he never sent me paperwork stating the cut he would take and the fees he would take from my check. he told me he would Video call me when he got on zoom with the judge and defendant regarding the settlement so i can listen in, that NEVER happen. It just shows me that he been had the settlement he just wasn't trying to give me my portion so he can make it look like he was actually doing something in regard to my case and he WAS NOT. i advise people to stay clear from this "Attorney" he is greedy, unprofessional, unorganized and sloppy. Oh and let me not forget he had 3 secretary quit on him the whole time during my case. that's a clear indication that HES THE PROBLEM.
