Wilshire Law Firm is a highly esteemed and respected law firm known for its excellent lawyering and care for its employees and clients. The firm provides a fast-paced work environment that is highly collaborative and encourages innovative ideas. The C-suite, managers and co-workers are all friendly and work together as a team. The firm provides a decent salary with the necessary support for its employees.However, there are some areas of improvement. For example, the process of getting parking lot, elevator and bathroom keys can be tedious and slow down the work day for employees. Additionally, due to the firm's rapid growth, there are some hiccups along the way that the organization needs to own up to. While reviews on the firm are generally positive, there are some that suggest that the firm's owner can become toxic towards associates and that some associates may adopt such behavior.
