BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

Landerholm is a law firm that has been in business for many years. Reviews from attorneys and other employees of the firm suggest that overall, Landerholm is a good company to work for. The attorneys that work there are highly skilled and knowledgeable in their field and the staff are considered to be some of the best in the business. Employees have autonomy to do their job well, and the atmosphere is friendly giving the feeling of a smaller firm than it actually is.

However, there are some areas where the firm could improve. For example, there have been reports of hard treatment towards some employees and little to no communication or pay raise opportunities outside of yearly promotions. Additionally, there is no diversity in the office and employees report feeling micromanaged and not having flexibility with their work/life balance.

In conclusion, Landerholm is a good company to work for, however there are areas of improvement that need to be addressed in order to ensure the best experience possible for employees. It is important to ensure that employees are supported and have autonomy to do their job well, that communication and pay are both adequate and that there is diversity in the office. Additionally, a better work/life balance should be offered and micromanagement should be avoided in order to give employees the best possible experience.
