The firm also puts on monthly events for employees to enjoy and snacks and drinks are always available in the break room.

However, there are some drawbacks to working at Stanley, Esrey & Buckley. There is a lack of direction and opportunities to learn can be difficult to find. Additionally, there is a lack of diversity in the firm, as all lawyers are white, while the limited diversity at the firm is from legal assistants and paralegals. Microaggressions are common and employees are often spoken to in a demeaning way by higher ups. Employees must be punctual and not late by even a few minutes, or else they risk being reprimanded.

Overall, Stanley, Esrey & Buckley is a great place to work for those looking to make connections and learn. There is a nice atmosphere and monthly events for employees to enjoy. However, the lack of direction and diversity, as well as the microaggressions, make it a less than ideal place to work.
