Nick was born in 1963 in St. Petersburg and has lived in the Pinellas County area his entire life. A graduate of Clearwater Central High School, Nick went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1985 from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Nick attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree in 1989. Nick has been practicing law with the firm ever since.During his 25 years of practice, Nick has handled thousands of cases including personal injury and wrongful death cases, insurance claims, criminal defense, and family law matters. He is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States.
