Founded originally in 1992 as Segal & Davis, L.C., the firm became The Segal Law Firm in 1996 when one of our founders, Robin Jean Davis, left the firm to serve as Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.

Our attorneys and staff are dedicated exclusively to representing persons injured by the negligence or misconduct of others. While we handle large class actions and other complex litigation, we also represent the average citizen of West Virginia in car accidents and other cases involving serious personal injury.
