Fredrickson, Mazeika & Grant, LLP (FMG) was founded in 1991 as an insurance defense firm and over the years has evolved into a full service litigation firm. The FMG story ensures each senior attorney is first and foremost a trial lawyer. While each of FMG's attorneys has developed selected areas of expertise, each attorney's career began in general liability litigation, and each FMG attorney has continued to practice and develop skills in this broad practice area. FMG's specialty areas now include construction law & construction defect, products liability, personal injury & property damage, business & real property transactions, business litigation, trucking & transportation litigation, pharmacy law, equine law, environmental/toxic tort claims, insurance law, real estate & land use litigation, and general civil litigation. As a result of careful planning and attention to detail, FMG is able to provide cost-effective and well-planned representation by keeping the size of our firm modest and organizing support staff in a manner that ensures effective management of all forms of litigation, be they simple or complex. We of course prefer to use our client's in-house resources to the maximum extent practical in order to minimize the client's litigation costs, and our billing platform supports most types of online billing systems and can easily support splits/multiple payers. The vast majority of FMG's pending files are defense-related civil litigation matters. FMG does at times prosecute claims on behalf of business clients and also at times prosecutes personal injury claims.
