Billing Philosophies
In San Diego, the firm's offices are conveniently located next to the San Diego Hall of Justice to minimize the inevitable "down time" which occurs between an attorney's office and court, deposition sites, mediator's offices, etc. Nevertheless, our office also services not only all other branch courts of the County of San Diego, but in addition, Imperial, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. The firm is pleased to make special arrangements relative to fees, travel time or expenses incurred in connection with any out-of-county matters.
In Nevada, the firm's offices are conveniently located near the airport and all courthouses. The firm is pleased to make special arrangements relative to fees, travel time or expenses incurred in connection with any out of county matters.
The Firm's Bay Area office is located in downtown San Francisco, with ready access to the courts, mediators and centers of legal activity. The office serves all courts of the Counties of San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo and Santa Cruz, and is pleased to make special arrangements for the handling of matters in other Northern California areas, including Sacramento.
The firm is pleased to offer its services at reasonable rates, with a tiered structure which reflects the level of expertise of the partner, associate or paralegal performing a specific legal task. The firm has extensive experience working within a variety of billing and case management guidelines utilized by insurers, governmental entities and private clients, alike. The firm's computerized billing system enables it to tailor its billing to any conceivable format or frequency.
In the litigation arena, in reflecting on the changes which have occurred within the legal industry over the past eight to ten years, many would likely agree that the monetary exposures and the cost of dealing with those exposures have influenced both the manner in which attorneys are selected and retained as well as the manner in which the client elects to staff and handle those claims and exposures. The firm encourages discussion of alternative value billing programs which can be specifically created and tailored to meet a given client's needs.
