Dutko & Kroll, P.A. is the emergence of a legal legacy in Broward County. Partners Michael E. Dutko and Jeremy Kroll are continuing a that legacy, which began with J. David Bogenschutz and Mike Dutko in 1986.

Our partners have dedicated their careers to criminal law. Each brings strong credentials and unique specialties to the task of mounting a credible defense. This helps clients navigate the tricky realm of the criminal justice system.

Our trial lawyers have extensive state and federal court experience, whereas many defense attorneys concentrate on one type of practice or another.
All of our attorneys formerly served as prosecutors. That background provides invaluable trial experience across a broad spectrum of criminal cases and provides tactical insights into the way state attorneys and U.S. attorneys build their cases.
Our attorneys have served in leadership positions in the Florida and Broward County bar associations and are active members of national, state and local trial lawyer associations.
Our lawyers are admitted to practice before all state and federal criminal courts of Florida, as well as the Florida District Courts of Appeal, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the Florida Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
