Our founding attorney, Sean Clapp, is a lifelong resident of Indiana. His career in real estate and business law includes extensive work for major corporations, lenders, and developers, as well as individual homeowners. With trial experience in front of the Federal Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, and other state and federal courts, Sean Clapp effectively represents clients in major litigation as well as in routine transactions. Sean is also a registered civil mediator. Steve Ferrucci is an experienced business lawyer and litigator. Steve served as General Counsel for Lawler Manufacturing Company, Inc., providing legal and operational advice on a wide range of legal issues including bankruptcy, contract, employment, environmental, intellectual property, product liability, risk management, tort and workers' compensation matters. Steve Ferrucci also served as staff counsel at Simon Property Group where he evaluated legal and business risks, advised senior management and managed outside counsel throughout the United States. While at Lawler and Simon, Mr. Ferrucci gained extensive experience interpreting, drafting and negotiating contractual agreements.
Ian Keeler serves as an associate with the firm. Mr. Keeler joined the firm in 2011 and focuses his practice upon general litigation and business law. Mr. Keeler has a breadth of experience representing real estate investors, property managers, and homeowner's associations. Sean White, Of Counsel with Clapp Ferrucci, is an experienced litigator in the areas of business, construction, real estate, and eminent domain. Before joining Clapp Ferrucci, Sean White was a partner in an Indianapolis litigation boutique firm. Michael Trentadue spent more than 27 years at a large Indianapolis firm, with 20 years as a partner in the creditor's rights department. Mike is Of Counsel with the firm and concentrates his practice on creditor's rights, foreclosures, tax sales, real estate, and complex real estate litigation. Bruce Laconi, also Of Counsel, is a very experienced real estate attorney, having owned his own title insurance company for 18 years. Bruce handles complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing. Bruce also manages, along with Sean Clapp and Steve Ferrucci, the firm's related title insurance company, Mid-America Title Co., LLC.
