In 1998 a group of eight lawyers left a large Baltimore firm to form Baxter Baker. Our goal was to offer sophisticated and cost-effective legal services in a personalized manner; in other words, big firm representation in a small firm setting.

Today Baxter Baker is a mid-sized, multidisciplinary law firm representing local and national clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Our attorneys routinely practice in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, with offices in both Baltimore and Annapolis, Maryland.
