Alley, Maass, Rogers & Lindsay, P.A., is the largest law firm in the Town of Palm Beach and one of the oldest in Palm Beach County. Raymond C. Alley began representing the Phipps family and their various business interests in Miami in 1925, and moved to Palm Beach County in 1927 when the Phipps family moved its offices here. Later, Mr. Alley formed the law firm Alley, Drew, Burns and Middleton.
In 1925, architect Gustav Maass moved his family to West Palm Beach. In 1948, his son Harold G. Maass graduated from law school and joined Mr. Alley's law firm. In 1950, Mr. Alley and Mr. Maass formed Alley & Maass with its office in Phipps Plaza.
Alley, Maass, Rogers & Lindsay, P.A., moved its office to the Royal Poinciana Plaza in 1958, where it remains today.
Today, Alley, Maass, Rogers & Lindsay, P.A. has 15 attorneys representing individual and corporate clients from around the country.
