This case analysis includes our opinion on liability, damages, potential exposure, anticipated fees and costs, settlement recommendations, and an evaluation of the trial judge and opposing counsel. Only essential, authorized discovery is undertaken, and it is our goal to bring the case to trial within one year of receiving the suit papers.

Each year the firm produces a claims manual on selected topics especially designed for the claims examiner. The Florida Claims Manual is available upon request at no cost to the client.
