We work with individuals, businesses and financial institutions, and school districts and municipalities throughout southern New England. Our work for individuals includes residential real estate, wills and trusts, divorce and family matters and personal injury. We represent businesses in commercial finance and bankruptcy matters as well as commercial real estate, labor and employment and general business issues. We have developed expertise in the niche area of transportation law and logistics where we serve as advisors to multi-national companies. For schools and municipalities, we create comprehensive policies and are often on the front-lines of disputes of current law.

Giving Back To Our Communities

At BRCSM, we are dedicated to giving back to the communities where we work and live. Our attorneys serve on non-profit boards and agencies, provide pro bono services, and volunteer in their neighborhoods. The attorneys and staff at BRCSM were heartened to receive the 2015 Community Partner in Excellence award in appreciation of the firm's generous and steadfast support of United Methodist Elder Care. Our firm supports the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, the Boys & Girls Club of Taunton, and other charitable organizations throughout the year.
