Philosophy & History:
Among the founders of Ugrin were Neil Ugrin, John Alexander and Gary Zadick. The founding partners helped restore the historic Railroad Square building in downtown Great Falls which is where the firm continues to practice law. The original litigation emphasis of the founding partners remains and the Ugrin legal team continues to build on this foundation and legacy.
Ugrin is unique in Montana because of its litigation and trial experience, the depth of its knowledge in its core practice areas, its ability to litigate to successful resolution, cases which present sophisticated legal problems and its long-standing commitment to providing first-rate legal services.
