The Beginning
In 1972, James Webb opened his first private practice in Montgomery, Alabama, concentrating his work on defense and regulatory issues faced by the State's city and county governmental agencies. In 1993, that practice grew into Webb & Eley.
Today
The Firm continues to focus on defense and regulatory issues that were the foundation of James Webb's first practice, while expanding its scope to other legal areas, including insurance defense, workers' compensation, employment law, and more. The Firm moved from its original location in downtown Montgomery to its current East Montgomery office in 2006.
