Ditthavong & Steiner, P.C.'s. nucleus began during the dot com era when Keth Ditthavong decided to develop his own practice with the notion that he could provide a better and more customize service to clients. Keth Ditthavong asked his mentor and friend Arthur Steiner to form a firm with a global vision, with a core belief that they could provide a more customized service for a better value to its clients.
