FEE STRUCTURE

GLF prides itself on delivering its services at competitive rates. The majority of its services are available under a contingent fee arrangement, but we are flexible in creating alternative fee structures. These fee structures may involve fixed fees, hourly rates or a blending of more than one type. With regard to contingent rate assignments, the firm is compensated only when it makes a successful collection. The client would only pay for applicable court-related costs and fees.

Our collection platform is based on Collect Max software, one of the top collection softwares in the industry. CollectMax allows GLF to:

GLF accepts and processes credit cards for payment from debtors as well as electronic checks and online payments through this website.

The firm maintains internal MIS capabilities to proactively secure all electronic transactions and to customize solutions for clients where needed.
