Pros: Working for Ms. Chaya Kundra was one of the best things I ever did for my career. She is tough! But that's what her clients want when going up against the IRS!!!! She is also fair and caring about her employees. Don't know what someone would do to say anything bad but I'd say there's more to those stories here that the writers leave out!
Highly recommend!
Cons: Can't think of any.

Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 1 yearGreat place to work!Administrative Assistant in Rockville, MD ProsI worked at K&A during the time that many of these reviewers wrote and I returned after the manager was let go. Like other employees who were here before and now, I find K&A to be a welcoming place to work. My days are both busy and productive which I like since it makes the day go by faster. I have learned so much from working at the firm. The current team is very understanding about work, life balance and I really love being a part of the team. The culture is energetic and supportive, which is why I am frankly baffled by anyone who cannot succeed in this environment. Like any job, you take out of it the hard work that you put into it and at K&A opportunities are in abundance.ConsCons would only be if you live far away from the office.

Advice to law firm management: Learn how to treat people with kindness and pay your employees what they deserve.
Pros: None
Cons: Keep your mental health in check. There are so many other great opportunities out there.
Partners to Avoid and Why: Chaya Kundra; She is a bully; she either fired or an employee quit each month. The firm could never keep quality employees. Chaya talked down about people behind their backs.
