The structure and work family dynamic gives the place such a great work atmosphere. They are constantly looking for innovative ways to help clients and employees alike. The attorneys are amazing, kind and friendly and assisting them is such a pleasure. HR is superb in staying up to date with you and making sure you are not overwhelmed or need assistance. They allow a flexible work from home schedule should you need to. They offer vacation and paid time off and amazing health benefits as well.
