History & Creative Mission

When Stephen Foley and Kyle Mansfield founded the firm in 1989, they wanted to create a law firm not only emphasizing the high levels of service and accountability that businesses demand and deserve, but doing so at reasonable rates. Just as importantly, they wanted to create a company that upholds a relaxed, collegial office culture to ensure the attorneys and staff do work they love with a commitment to excellence.

Steve and Kyle realized that it was not just about fulfilling legal obligations and protecting legal rights, but about helping businesses make good decisions in all areas of business practice and management. (That is why we define our success by the impact we have on our clients.) Today, the reality of their vision can be experienced by working with any of our offices across the country.
