Elarbee's roots are in traditional labor law ? helping our clients fight (and usually win) union campaigns, negotiating contracts, and representing management in grievance and arbitration matters. The firm's work on employment law matters, such as advising on and defending matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other claims, grew over time as our clients' needs in these areas grew. Continuing to follow and meet the needs of clients, we have developed expertise in additional areas that augment our ability to be a resource to our clients. We now offer a broad spectrum of services, including immigration and representation in complex litigation matters, in addition to continuing to provide advice and representation in traditional labor law, employment law, and benefits litigation.
