Evaluate how to achieve the objective
We compile a team of attorneys with the experience appropriate for the objective and evaluate the possible courses of action. What facts are known and unknown? How do we obtain the unknown facts? What is likely to change? How and when might changes occur? What kind of expertise is needed? Can the objective be achieved in the Boardroom? The Courtroom? The Statehouse? What else is needed to achieve the objective?

Fashion a plan to achieve your objective cost effectively and efficiently
Starting with the desired end result, we fashion a step by step plan with a timeframe for meeting the objective. Usually, achievement involves the Boardroom, the Courtroom or the Statehouse or the intersection of any, or all, of these arenas. We compile a clear and concise breakdown of the steps needed to obtain the objective in the Boardroom, Courtroom or Statehouse. We then assign the appropriate attorney/paralegal to complete those steps.

Communicate the plan along with a realistic estimate of the time and cost needed to achieve your objective
We present the plan, including our estimated time and cost to achieve each milestone and review everything with clients. We make sure clients understands the steps, time and corresponding costs, as well as what we predict to be the probability of fulfilling the desired objective. In addition, we evaluate factors that may disrupt the flow of the case, or influence future steps.

Execute the plan and communicate with the client
After the client accepts the plan, our attorneys communicate with the client. We regularly provide written attorney/client communication, hold conferences to gather feedback and provide updates on progress, changes and advancements on achieving plan milestones.

Evaluate and adjust the plan as needed
Periodically, the Ferriter Scobbo attorney responsible for executing our approach meets with the attorneys and paralegals working on the plan. They assess where we are in on the track to meeting client objectives. We evaluate the required effort, its execution, address cost and efficiency issues and make changes to the plan, if necessary. Sometimes, this results in a recommended change in the overall approach for client matters. We recommend the most cost effective change for evaluation and determination.
