Founder of BCG Attorney Search and America's top legal recruiter
BCG Attorney Search works with over 25,000 law firms. Every month, tens of thousands of attorneys submit their resumes to Harrison, who works with less than 2% of them. Harrison knows quality and does whatever it takes to get his candidates jobs: Since 2000, Harrison has personally made thousands of placements and is undoubtedly the most effective legal placement professional in history.
More than a century after Frank F. Dinsmore opened a small law office on Cincinnati's Walnut Street in 1908, Dinsmore has evolved into a national firm with offices from coast to coast. The firm has changed, but Dinsmore's original mission has remained constant: Commitment to clients comes first.
Leadership
Since 1908, visionary attorneys who put a premium on client service and value have led the firm. Today, as the firm continues to adapt and grow to meet future challenges and opportunities, our leadership team works to ensure every Dinsmore location and practice provides quality representation and value to our clients.
Community
The Charleston office supports the Children's Therapy Clinic. Tom Hamm created a puzzle piece for the Art Auction for Autism & Community Puzzle Piece Challenge. (Ian Henry, Brian Moore, Kelsey Haught, Ashley Pack, Tom Hamm and Franki Parsons)
Dinsmore is one of the United Way's Tremendous 25 Corporate Companies.
Members of Dinsmore's Columbus office were proud to run and walk in Saturday's 2019 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, benefiting breast cancer research. The event raised nearly $1 million toward the cause.
Lexington partner Chris Cashen was among the car enthusiasts enjoying the Keeneland Concours d'Elegance this weekend. Cashen serves on the Car Acquisition Committee and board for the event, which benefits the UK Children's Hospital and has raised over $900,000 since its inception.
Our Huntington office sponsored in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids' Sake Battle of the Barristers. Proceeds support youth mentoring in the West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio areas surrounding Huntington.
Dinsmore's Pittsburgh office sponsored and participated in the CASA of Allegheny County Superhero Run this weekend. CASA recruits, trains and supervises community volunteers who advocate for abused and neglected children in court and throughout the child welfare system.
Congratulations to Dinsmore associate Ray Harrell, one of 12 attorneys chosen to attend last weekend's West Virginia Bar Foundation Lawyer Leadership Institute, which helps train young attorneys for future influential positions.
Dinsmore's Louisville office hosted a charity plant sale to benefit West End School. Volunteers, led by paralegal and resident gardening guru Kerry Ingle, raised more than $600 from sales of heirloom beefsteak tomato and bell, jalapeno, and other pepper plants.

Accomplish more: CARING
We're only as strong as our communities, and at Dinsmore, we appreciate the value of giving time in the service of others. We're as proud of the passion they demonstrate as much as the contributions they make.
Our motto at Dinsmore is "accomplish more," and we take that seriously in every facet of our lives - whether it is helping a client or bettering our community. We encourage our attorneys and staff to get involved in their communities by serving on boards or volunteering. With the size of the firm and being in cities from coast-to-coast, we are impacting the lives of those around us on a daily basis. I'm proud of the firm and our commitment to both quality legal service and giving back to our communities.
- George H. Vincent, Managing Partner & Chairman
Each year, Dinsmore performs a wide variety of pro bono work using our training, experience and skills to provide legal services to those who cannot afford adequate legal representation.
In every location we serve, our attorneys and staff volunteer their time on community service and initiatives, ranging from larger coordinated causes to individualized efforts within each community involving local charities, food banks and non-profit organizations.
Dinsmore's headquarters in Cincinnati has been a staple for the city since 1908. Businesses and organizations ranging from craft breweries to global consumer goods companies to professional sports teams depend on our attorneys' counsel to keep operations running efficiently. Our full-service offerings include attorneys who are equipped to meet clients' varying needs. Our lawyers provide services to clients including counsel on corporate issues, litigation, intellectual property, labor & employment and finance. We advise clients in a diverse and growing number of industries such as insurance, health care, education, construction, financial services and public utilities. As Cincinnati continues to attract businesses and innovators, our attorneys are at the ready to build strong, trusted relationships. Should you visit us at our Cincinnati office, the entrance to our parking garage is on Main Street between Fourth and Fifth streets (directly after entrance to Walgreens). Depending on which elevator bank you use in the parking garage, you may be in either the PNC Building or the First Financial Building. Security in each building's lobby can direct you to Dinsmore's office, which is located in the First Financial Building. Should our parking garage be full, there is additional parking on Sycamore Street (corner of Sycamore and Seventh streets), in the Great American building on Third St. or on Fountain Square (Vine Street between Fifth - Sixth streets).
