Since its inception in 1992, Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP has grown steadily, offering an increasingly diverse range of legal services. The Firm's senior founding partners, Douglas S. Ellenoff, Barry I. Grossman, and Allen Schole, originally focused on Corporate/Securities, Taxation and Real Estate, but have since welcomed additional lateral partners and developed internally-trained associates who have become partners.
