Many of his family law cases involve the resolution of high net-worth prenuptial or family law issues and disputes. Family disputes generally involve significant parenting, financial and other issues. Cam is especially sensitive to the unique pressures on parties to such disputes and does not treat them as participants in just another lawsuit. The usual result is an amicable settlement. However, when necessary and at the client's request, his clients' rights are vigorously asserted at trial.
In addition to specializing in family and business issues, Cam has significant experience in appeals (as amicus curiae or counsel of record), class-actions, constitutional law litigation, municipal, alternative dispute resolution and international litigation (People's Republic of China)
On August 1, 2015, Cam became Of Counsel to the highly regarded Seattle litigation law firm of Corr Cronin Michelson Baumgardner Fogg & Moore LLP. This association will allow him to provide even better support and expertise for his clients
Cam has been a Seattle Municipal Court Judge Pro-Tem and King County Superior Court Judge Pro-Tem. He is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" (for Family Law and First Amendment and Commercial Litigation), "Super Lawyers" for over 10 years and has an "AV" (the highest) Martindale Hubble rating.
