The firm also represents the State of Maryland and many of its authorities and political subdivisions. Firm lawyers have been providing quality service to clients for a total of more than 200 years.

The firm was formed in 2002 by the core partners of the former Piper & Marbury public finance department. From our original focus, we have expanded to include attorneys with exceptional experience in corporate and financial transactions.
