GKWW was established in 1992 and is headed by Thomas Gardiner, James Koch, Lynn Weisberg, and John Wrona. While the name partners' legal skills overlap, each also has separate areas of special expertise. Tom is a skilled litigator with extensive experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims, as well as municipal and business litigation and representation. Jim?who has argued two cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and briefed a third?focuses largely on securities and commodities law, contracts, professional liability, receiverships, and civil and criminal litigation. Lynn teams with Jennifer Airato; together, they have more than three decades of experience in divorce, custody, spousal support and visitation rights matters. John's results in the sphere of wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases speak for themselves. Michelle LaGrotta handles complex municipal litigation and securities; Kellie Sellman represents condominiums with consummate skill and unparalleled organization.
