BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

as it isn't challenged.

Gilbert + Tobin is a law firm with a highly flexible work culture, friendly colleagues, dynamic and collaborative environment, and ample opportunities for learning. The office in Barangaroo is well maintained and provides amenities such as free coffee daily. Furthermore, the systems and training support are highly praised among employees. The firm offers reasonable pay and a great culture in teams, with a fun atmosphere and high quality work. Employees are encouraged to bring their full selves to work and feel well compensated for their efforts.

However, working hours vary throughout the year and by practice group, ranging from long to none at all. Additionally, there is a discrepancy between the work from home days between the lawyers and the administrative staff, with the latter receiving fewer benefits. Furthermore, there is a lack of collaboration between teams and bad behaviour is often overlooked if it is not challenged.

Overall, employees at Gilbert + Tobin are satisfied with their experience, citing the flexible work culture, friendly colleagues, and ample opportunities for learning. However, the long hours and lack of collaboration between teams are drawbacks that need to be addressed.

Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 1 yearGreat team, committee to improvement and training, growth opportunitiesImmigration Practice Group Team Member in Atlanta, GA ProsThe team environment is great, I love my coworkers, the other staff and the attorneys I work with. The group is growing and there are lots of professional advancement and learning opportunities. There has been a push to implement training procedures and standardize processes and the attorneys are committed to continuously improve. The team has been doing fun events, for example an outdoor holiday party at the botanical garden, desk decorating contests, trivia competition, movie at Lennox, etc.ConsThe work can be stressful but this is the same at all high volume immigration firms but the GT team is great.

"How is Allan allowed to have his children?" - Anonymous

Advice to law firm management: With everything going on with social media and your ex partner. I would suggest in your investigation to make it a point to make sure that the kids are OK, considering it's children expressed in a public video where fear of their father as well as their choice not to go with him. The fact that he was singing I hope mommy dies and allowing his kids to sing it is not just meant to be unstable it is just sickening and CPS should be involved

Pros: None this law firm stood by a serial woman abuser for YEARS

Cons: Everything! I would never trust law firm that ever kept around a woman abuser. This law firm knew what was happening and did nothing about it. They know he is not a mess. Be stable enough for you to be the guardian of his children. Just Google his name and you can see the videos for yourself. They are all over social media.
