Gilmore Rees & Carlson was founded over 25 years ago by three senior trust and estate attorneys from a large Boston law firm. Their vision was to establish and grow a sophisticated trust and estate law firm where clients could receive exceptional legal services comparable to the services provided by large downtown law firms, but in the convenience of the suburbs and at more reasonable rates. We have held true to that vision, and Gilmore Rees & Carlson is now home to one of the largest trust and estate departments in New England. In addition to our core trust and estate practice, we have accomplished real estate and litigation practice groups. With each of our practice groups, we bring decades of experience to the table.
